Our trails are open to the public at no charge 365 days a year from sunrise to sunset.
Guided walking, hiking and paddle boat tours are offered each month. Check our program calendar for details.
Visiting the Preserve on a day other than Saturday? We encourage self-guided tours using the interpretive signage along our trails.

One of our most popular visitor programs at the Preserve, these tours are scheduled during the spring and summer months when fireflies are most plentiful.

Another popular visitor program is our Lake Apopka paddle tours. Thanks to support from Duke Energy, we will soon be offering kayaks for rental during our guided tour around various parts of the lake.
