Tai Chi Under the Trees
The ancient practices of Tai Chi and Qi Gong have been around for 1000's of years. They are slow moving, easy to learn and shown to be one of the most effective exercises for improving health of the joints, increasing energy and concentration, reducing stress and general overall wellness. No experience is needed and no special clothing or equipment is required. Bring your enthusiasm and learn something new. Led by David Orman, Instructor.
